    ASY Tours is a leading inbound tour operator in Sri Lanka, delivering exceptional travel experiences to guests worldwide. We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team and help enhance our digital presence, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online experience for our customers.

    Responsibilities

    1. Design and Development: Create, update, and maintain ASY Tours' website, ensuring an attractive, responsive, and user-friendly design.

    2. Brand Consistency: Develop website visuals that align with ASY Tours’ branding and marketing goals.

    3. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and ranking on search engines.

    4. User Experience (UX): Enhance website navigation, layout, and functionality for seamless user experiences.

    5. Content Management: Collaborate with the content team to add and manage new tour packages, blogs, and other updates.

    6. Performance Monitoring: Regularly test and optimize website performance, speed, and compatibility across devices and browsers.

    7. Technical Support: Address website issues promptly and maintain security protocols.

    8. Analytics: Monitor web traffic and provide insights to improve online engagement and lead generation.

    Requirements

    1. Experience: Proven experience as a web designer, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

    2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (preferably WordPress or similar).

    3. SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and tools.

    4. Creativity: Excellent eye for design and attention to detail.

    5. Communication: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.

    6. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.

    Education: A degree or certification in web design related field is mandatory.
