As an IT support specialist (m/f/d) you will create wow effects for your users at the Finkenwerder location. As part of 1st and 2nd level support, you will process tickets and create enthusiasm on site with your service-oriented approach:

  • You take care of the onboarding of users and the commissioning of IT systems
  • You install, configure software and hardware and set up images
  • You are involved in Hands and Eyes Support
  • You analyze problems that arise and help solve them
  • Recording and documenting solution approaches and processes for future reference
  • You manage the asset at the location and take care of order management

your profile

  • Ideally training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Experience in dealing with the Microsoft environment
  • Experience in dealing with ticket systems
  • Experience with Google Environment (Docs/ Sheets)
  • Fluent German (C1) and business-fluent English (B2)
  • Class B driving license
