EXECUTIVE – MARKETING OPERATIONS (MALE)

We are on the look-out for a competent Executive – Marketing Operations for our client which is a leading company that is based in Colombo 03.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive qualified traffic to the company
  • Lead the execution of successful marketing campaigns from initial concept through to implementation
  • Explore a mix of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, and lead generation
  • Create engaging and valuable content for our website and blog that effectively attracts and converts our target audience
  • Foster strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance partnerships
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually, ensuring funds are allocated effectively
  • Oversee and approve all marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, deriving insights and measuring against established goals
  • Study consumer behavior and refine email and advertising campaigns based on findings

 

Candidate Profile

  • Age below 35 Years 
  • Degree or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing
  • Minimum 03 years and above experience in a similar role
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and designing innovative marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and inspire
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, website analytics tools and other digital marketing tools
  • Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated individual with good time management skills
  • Team player with a pleasing personality

 

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
