Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems in production environments, including both backend and frontend web development frameworks.
  • Act as a technical leader by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Design, implement, and refine engineering processes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Provide mentorship to team members, encouraging their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with hands-on expertise in backend/frontend frameworks (FastAPI and AWS preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience managing an engineering team or working as a technical leader.
  • Strong understanding of modern system architectures, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Expertise in engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile teams, drive sprints, and deliver on commitments.
  • Competence in designing and improving engineering workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive learner with a commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and practices.
